Program Terms
Clear, simple, and fair — so everyone knows what to expect.
- Eligibility: Anyone can refer a business that is not already a Texas AI Labs customer and not self-referred. Referrer and referred business must be distinct entities.
- Tiered affiliate payouts: Tier 1 — $50 from the 1st month + $20 every month the customer uses AI Office for each business you directly refer; Tier 2 — $15 from the 1st month + $5 every month for each business referred by a partner you invited; Tier 3 — $5 from the 1st month + $2 every month for each business referred by your Tier 2 partners' invitees.
- Payout timing: The 1st-month payout for each tier is triggered after the referred business completes its first paid month and is typically issued within 7 business days via PayPal or direct deposit. Recurring monthly payouts ($20 / $5 / $2) continue for every month the customer remains an active paying AI Office user.
- Unlimited earning potential: No cap on number of referrals or total payouts across all three tiers.
- Service terms: Referred businesses are on month-to-month plans with no lock-in (see Terms of Service).
- Tracking & disputes: Clicks on your short link, QR, or promo code are tracked for 14 days via a browser cookie. If the prospect's browser still has the cookie when they sign up, the referral is locked to you — even if they return directly to texasailabs.com instead of using your link again. Contact us to resolve any tracking questions.
- Modifications: Texas AI Labs may update program terms with notice. Payouts for already-qualified referrals will be honored under the terms at the time of qualification.
- FTC Compliance & Disclosures: When sharing your unique partner link or promo code, you agree to include a clear and conspicuous disclosure informing the prospect that you receive a referral commission.
